While returning to quarters from a run around 8 this morning,I came upon this house .Who can tell me what's wrong in this picture.And yes this house is occupied with 4 families.?????????

Did they cover the chimney and air vent for the waste line? It is hard to tell from just one side of the house. I know the house on VCPA and Loudon St.

well at least they are consistent..they covered the car too..had something similar to this several years back right across from HQ..lots of people in the house and all stacks covered..could have been ugly

Covered the entire chimney yesterday afternoon.Good thing for warm weather and open windows,or we'd have headlines.Our call was around corner ,just noticed by driving past.

Well, obviously the tarps are the wrong color. Everybody knows that you don't use blue tarps on a white house with black trim.
