Time: 0230 hours

Department: Stamford Fire and Rescue

Writer: 786XP

Dispatch: E1, E6, E2, TL1, T2, R1, and DC3 for a report of a mattress fire on the 4th floor.

E1 on scene with heavy smoke condition from 4th floor on B side of a 10-story fire-resistive OMD.

DC3 reports working fire - E5 dispatched as RIT

DC3 requests second alarm - E3 and T3 to respond

Fire is involving apartment 4L with auto-exposure to apartment 5L

Fire now on floors 4 and 5, 2 apartments involved

DC3 transmits 3rd alarm - E4 and E7 to respond

0300 - 4th alarm transmitted - off duty SFRD personnel called back to Stamford Fire HQ.

Belltown TL 45 to fire scene, Glenbrook E32 to Stamford HQ

0330 - Reserve E9, E10, T4, and Personnel Unit staffed with off-duty FFs

0400 - Fire under control, holding all companies
