Description: Two devices, described by police as novelty hand-grenades packed with gunpowder, were put in a concrete flower tub in front of the building and detonated. Damage to the planter and glass door in front of building. No injuries reported. FBI currently questioning foreign national from the Netherlands who was seen I/V/O location prior to explosion.
