2043 Hrs: CALLER WAS REPORTING POSSIBLE HOUSE FIRE HEAVY SMOKE FROM STRUCTURE. COULD NOT SEE VISIBLE FLAMES.

2045 Hrs: E-23 GOING TO RESPOND EASTCHESTER RD TO CLINTON AVENUE. C-2302 REQUEST 4TH DUE ENGINE (E-24).

2047 Hrs: E-23 and L-13 10-84 On-Scene.

2048 Hrs: Car-2302 Transmitted The 10-75 Assignment. Adding E-24 (Already Dispatch and En-route), Car-2301, and 30ALPHA2.

2050 Hrs: E-24 Assign As The FAST TEAM.

2053 Hrs: E-25 AND TL-11 RELOCATING STATION #3 ON NORTH AVENUE.

2103 Hrs: EMS MOVED TO CLINTON AVE AND ROTTUNNO PL STAGING AREA PER COMMAND.

2109 Hrs: PER 2302 FIRE IN BASEMENT OF A 2 1/2 STORY PRIVATE DWELLING 2 LINES STRETCHED 1 IN OPERTATION CHECKING FOR EXTENSION.

2111 Hrs: E-25 AND TL-11 ARE AT STATION #3 ON A RELOCATE. PER STATION #3 TL-11 AND E-25 RELOCATED.

2119 Hrs: CAR-2303 IN SERVICE AS DEPUTY CHIEF COVERING THE CITY.

2129 Hrs: CAR-2302 SITUATION Under Control. Engine Company #21 Back In Service and Avaiable From The Fire Scene.

2132 Hrs: E-21, 25 TL-11 and Car-2303 Dispatched and En-Route Responding To 130 CENTRE AVE : APT 5C For An Inside Odor Of Gas. Per Car-2302 1 and 1 only to repsond to Centre Ave and Have E-25 Remain In Service @ Station #3.

2149 Hrs: E-21 TL-11 and Car-2303 are 10-8 In-Service from Centre Ave. E-21 Returning to Quarters Station #1. TL-11 and Car-2303 Returning To Station #3 Quarters.
