Congrats to all!

3 Yonkers firefighters promoted

YONKERS — Three Yonkers firefighters

were promoted to higher office during a

swearing-in ceremony at City Hall on Friday

afternoon. Capt. Paul Vasely was promoted

to assistant fire chief. Steve Costabile was

elevated from lieutenant to captain, and

Thomas Foley from firefighter to lieutenant.
