Description Of Incident: 51 Ward Road, between Clinton and Marshall Rd., Report of a Fire on the Roof

1637 hrs. - PVFD Sta. #1 & 2 and MLSS 292 dispatched

1639 hrs. - MLSS 292 responding

1641 hrs. - PVFD 56-11 & 13 responding

1642 hrs. - PVFD 56-33 responding

1644 hrs. - 2nd dispatch for PVFD Sta. #2 & 56-55 & 56-71

1645 hrs. - PVFD 56-12 & 32 responding

1646 hrs. - PVFD 56-55 & 71 responding

1646 hrs. - PVFD Command reporting active fire on roof, requesting Roosevelt Ladder truck to scene, all equipment switch to F/G 5 & 6

1647 hrs. - ROFD 63-45 m/a dispatched to scene

1651 hrs. - ROFD 63-45 responding

1652 hrs. - DC911 advises PV Command of 15 minute PAR timer notification, still active fire, continue the PAR timer.

1655 hrs. - DC911 dispatch for Arlington 32-14 relocate to PV Sta. #1 and Millbrook 49-31 relocate to PV Sta. #2

1656 hrs. - ARFD 32-14 relocating to PVFD Sta. #1

1659 hrs. - 2nd dispatch for Millbrook 49-31 to relocate to PVFD Sta. #2

1701 hrs. - ARFD 32-14 relocated to PVFD Sta. #1

1702 hrs. - Pleasant Valley command reports fire knocked down, checking for extension. Also requests Pleasant Valley Fire Inspector to scene.

1702 hrs. - MBFD 49-31 relocating to PVFD Sta. #2

1703 hrs. - PV Fire Inspector ackowledges request and enroute to scene with apprx. 20 min. ETA

1707 hrs. - DC911 advises PV Command of 32 minute PAR timer notification. Command advises all visible fire is knocked down, DC911 can discontinue the PAR timer.

1734 hrs. - PV Command advises DC911 that PV Fire Inspector and Central Hudson on scene, also PVFD 56-33 clearing the scene

1742 hrs. - MLSS 292 in service, released by Command

1746 hrs. - 56-33 back in Sta. #1 response area.

1812 hrs. - ARFD 32-14 back in service returning to quarters.

1818 hrs. - PV 56-71 in service.

1824 hrs. - PV Command advises all units clearing scene and will call back in service as available.
