Description Of Incident: Fire on the 4th floor of a 27-story 200x100 brick OMD. 10-75(Working Fire) and 10-77(High-Rise OMD Fire) transmitted by Battalion 11. All-Hands Working. 1 L/S/O's w/standpipe system charged. Quick k/d. Ladder Companies opening up. Struck elevator and heavy smoke throughout lower floors. Fire containted to apartment of origin. All searches negative. Two victims rescued and transported by EMS. No other injuries reported.
