This year's RecruitNY will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 21-22, 2012. Any local departments participating?

In conjunction with National Volunteer Week, April 15th – 21st, FASNY encourages your department to open your doors this April 21st and 22nd for our second annual RecruitNY recruitment-based open house event. This event is geared towards reversing the recent decline pattern in the number of people volunteering by introducing members of the community to the volunteer fire service. Please take advantage of the information and supporting materials available on this site in preparation for your own recruitment-targeted open house.

Let's work together to make RecruitNY 2012 a success across the state by educating and drawing in more members, and showing the public just what it means to volunteer.
