0705 Hrs - C-2302 En-Route With Heavy Smoke Condition and Requested 60 Control To Start The 4Th Due Engine E-23.

0707 Hrs - FDNR E-22 L-12 C-2302 10-84. C-2302 Transmitted 10-75 Assignment (E-23 already En-Route, Car-2301, 30A1, and ConEd Electric and Gas). FDNR E-25 Re-Locate Station # 3 along with L-13 (Which is Housed/Quarters).
