19:08 TOW: Verplank TL-46 to relocate Peekskill HQ, Mohegan requesting additional manpower to assist at the scene. Fireground units reporting heavy fire, icing conditions. Battalion 17 enorute.

Tower Ladder 45 crew retreating from roof, Engine 134 stretching 2 1/2 around back.
