Description Of Incident: Engine 3 o/s reporting heavy fire showing from the 1st floor of a 4-story masonary-style OMD. Fire on the 1st floor w/extension to the 2nd floor. Heavy fire extended through the 3rd and 4th floors and into the cockloft. Heavy fire through the roof. 2nd Alarm, 3rd Alarm, and 4th Alarm transmitted by Command due to heavy fire conditions. Numerous L/S/O's w/numerous master streams in operation. Ladder Companies opening up. Originally reported as a dryer fire. All searches negative. One victim transported to the hospital w/smoke inhalation. No other injuries reported.
