1600hrs(approx)-NFD dispatching E3 to 626 Broadway to assist Central Hudson w/gaining entry for a gas leak.

1605hrs-NFD alerting all companines; respond for the gas leak.

1614hrs-Car-4 (Command) requesting NPD to the scene to block off "at least 2 blocks."

1616hrs-NFD advising Command that they have received a box alarm, Overlook and (?), Car-6 responding. E1 responding from the gas leak as well.

1618hrs-Car-6 out, nobody at the Box.

1618hrs-E1 cancelled on the Box.
