Description Of Incident: Heavy fire showing from the top floor and cockloft of a 6-story brick 100x70 Class 3 "H"-style commercial building w/OMD above. 2 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. 2-2(2nd Alarm) transmitted above the 10-75(Working Fire), 7-5(All-Hands) by Division 6. All searches negative. Three firefighters transported to Lincoln Hospital w/minor injuries. No other injuries reported.

Battalion 17 reporting fire building is a 6-story brick 100x70 Class 3 "H"-style commercial building w/OMD above: Exposure # 1 is the street; Exposure # 2 is a 1-story commercial taxpayer; Exposure # 3 is an alleyway and a 5-story OMD; Exposure # 4 is a street.

01:14hrs. - 7-5(All-Hands) transmitted for Box 2576 by Battalion 17. Battalion 17 requesting 1 & 1 S/C.

01:22hrs. - 2-2(2nd Alarm) transmitted for Box 2576 by Division 6.

01:25hrs. - Division 6 reporting 2 L/S/O's w/truck companies opening up. Heavy fire on the top floor, rear. Fire is D/W/H.

01:30hrs. - Division 6 reporting main body of fire is k/d. Searches underway. Fire is D/W/H.

01:46hrs. - Division 6 reporting fire is P/W/H.

01:56hrs. - Fire is u/c per Division 6.
