Description Of Incident: Working fire in a 2.5-story 30x50 ordinary construction P/D. Heavy fire on the #2 floor and through the roof.

21:06 - Verplanck toned out for reported structure fire. Montrose FD and Buchanan FD put on standby.

21:07 - Retone confirmed structure fire, fire on the #2 floor and through the roof.

21:08 - Peekskill FAST and Buchanan Cascade requested.

21:10 - Battalion 10 toned out.

21:13 - 2491 requests the ladder from Montrose. Montrose engine on scene hitting a hydrant on Westchester Ave.

21:17 - Peekskill FAST is on responding.

21:25 - 2491 requesting CVAC Rehab Unit to the scene.

21:30 - Battalion 10 w/ the update. Working fire in a 2.5-story 30x50 ordinary construction P/D. 2 L/S/O.

21:36 - 2491 requesting C&O to the scene. C&O zone 4 toned out to landline 60-Control.

21:51 - 2491 relaying message from Battalion 10, fire is knocked down on the #2 floor, checking for extension.

21:56 - C&O signed on and is responding.

22:01 - 1404 and 1406 on scene.

22:06 - Battalion 10 progress report. Fire knocked down, overhauling, checking for hot spot, still 2 L/S/O, will hold A.T.T.

22:15 - Con Ed crew is coming coming from Mount Kisco with a 20 min ETA.

22:22 - Breaking down the connection to the hydrant.

22:45 - Fire placed U/C, Peekskill FAST being released, Con Ed has been on location for 10 minutes.

22:50 - CD corner is still smoldering.

00:04 - All Verplanck FD units clear of scene, back in service.
