Greenwich FD's New Car 5

Newly acquired, (I didn't see a post regarding this unit, my apologies if it's been posted elsewhere) Deputy Chief's car for Greenwich, CT Fire Department, aka "Car 5".

This was on scene at the Mason Street fire this evening.

I was surprised myself that it was replaced, but I guess after the DCs rushing around town all the time, it wears out. Or it may have had a mechanical issue. No clue as to why they got the new one. My guess is just from use, the former Car 5 was worn out.

Former Car 5 has been turned into a spare so when the current car 5 is OOS, the DC is not scrambling to find a car to use. It is currently sitting at Fire Admin.
