Description Of Incident: Companies o/s w/heavy fire on the 1st and 2nd floor of a 4-story brick 100x100 "H"-type OMD. Numerous L/S/O's. Quick k/d w/truck companies opening up. Two victims removed from building and treated by GEMS. All searches negative w/no other injuries reported.
