Description: 90-Gallon Fuel tank leaking.

1818hrs- Confirmed truck fire on highway. Units to enter from North Broadway in White Plains.

1824hrs- 2 L/S/O.

1830hrs- R-3 reports a 50-foot box truck with styrofoam contents on fire. Fire is K/D but fuel tanks (2-90 gallon tanks) are leaking. M/A Hartsdale Engine to cover Fairview.

1850hrs- R-3 req. WC Haz Mat to off-load fuel tanks.

1857hrs-Fairview advising R3 that White Plains PD & Greenburgh PD have been notified, they are checking Old Kensico Rd. for run-off, they will advise if they need Haz-Mat to that location. 60-Control toning out Haz-Mat team for 10-2 02.

1901hrs-60-Control advising that the Health Dept. has a representative en-route and the Haz-Mat team will be responding shortly. R3 advising approx. 180 Gals.

1902hrs-Haz-Mat Team 10-2 04 per 60-Control.

1935hrs-Haz-Mat-1 10-19.
