Units: NYSP, Rockland Technical Rescue Team, Tarrytown FD

1510hrs- NYSP responding to bridge for EDP on roadway.

1515hrs- Confirmed EDP climbing structure. Req. negotiator. Bridge being closed in both directions.

1615hrs- Situation still ongoing. Tarrytown FD E-77, 78 and L-37 to stand by in quarters.

1640hrs- Male EDP standing on top of superstructure, Westchester tower, north side. Situation remains unchanged.

1703hrs- PD have (1) EDP on the tower. In process of searching him for weapons and placing him in a harness.

1715hrs- EDP has been escorted down to roadway level.
