60 Control's Recent Communication Issues

Over these past couple of days, I've heard instances where an initial dispatch will fail to activate pagers. A chief or officer will sign on, seconds later, asking if there was a call, and then requesting a retone. 60 Control will then dispatch via their backup system. And it works. Most recently, I heard it happen with KBHVAC yesterday and Mt. Kisco FD Today. Can someone confirm this issue? Is this a result of the storm?
