1336hrs: PD advises evacuating buildings H & J, dispatches 1 additional car

1339hrs: 2421 requests Harrison 1&1 to standby in their HQ for Rye

1340hrs: Harrison dispatched from 1 engine and tower ladder to standby

1340hrs: PD requesting ambulance to scene for standby

1340hrs: 77A5 responding
