Hartford, CT cross patch

Hartford FDs VHF radio that is connected to their 800MHz trunked system is back up and running again. The Hartford radio shop replaced the old radio with a new narrowband compliant VHF radio. You will hear some lower audio from the new radio due to the narrowbanding if you listen through an older scanner or radio. The newer scanners should be okay and compliant with the split.

The frequency has not changed, it is still 154.3100.
