Ossining was invited to that parade and actually won best overall. Not sure which apparatus went tho I think TL-42 was one.

Not all towns have to dress up,Lodi didnt want to be judged prob, up to them if they want. They just come to show support

Zico rack I believe, have to check the specs out for it can't remember off hand exactly. If what I remember is correct, the rack lowers the holder down over the compartments to a reachable height, same system as the ladder racks Zico produces.
