Description Of Incident: Tower 1 o/s w/smoke showing from a single-story pre-fab. recycling disposal plant. Car 4(Shift Commander) o/s confirming heavy smoke showing. Originally dispatched as a smoke investigation next to Lowes at 311 Old Gate Ln. Command reporting large trash fire on the "C" side of the building. Numerous L/S/O's w/tower ladder master stream in operation. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
