Weather Conditions: Chilly

Description Of Incident: Working fire in a vacant 25x60 3-story frame dwelling with an attached 2-story private dwelling on the B-side. 2nd alarm transmitted for fire thru the roof on arrival. 3 L/S/O . 3 Tower Ladders operating. Extension to exposure #2 and the "roof membrane" of exposure #4. Primary searched of the fire building delayed due to partial collapse. Fire placed U/C @ 21:29.
