Harlem Hilton member Joe Hansen, L-28 was drastically affected by Hurricane Irene. His home was destroyed by flood waters and is now inhabitable.His family has been permanently displaced.

FEMA has stepped in and condemned the house.FEMA is only going to cover a percentage of his mortgag and his insurance copany is not going to pay for the damaged contents of the house.

The Officers and Members of the Harlem Hilton are a fund raiser to help offset his expenses not covered by FEMA and his insurance.
