N.J. Turnpike bus crash leaves 1 dead, 1 critical, 14 others hurt

A Washington D.C.-bound tour bus loaded with 55 people collided with a tractor-trailer and a truck on the New Jersey Turnpike this morning, critically injuring two people and causing minor injuries to at least 14 other people, authorities said. The wreck was actually the result of two separate crashes, according to Thomas Feeney, a spokesman for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. A tractor-trailer owned by J.B. Hunt Tractor Trailers apparently rear-ended another truck at 11:54 a.m. after the truck slowed because of a stall in traffic on the southbound side of the Turnpike.

Another one? I guess this settles the question; "is it safer to take a bus or fly on a plane...."

Rest in Peace, and prayers for recovery for the critical and others injured.
