BC45: The occupant has been removed via the bucket of TL163 and the Squad is in the process of further securing the vehicle at this time.

Battalion 45: We need 2 cranes, whether they be via ConEd or Sanitation, we need 2 cranes to respond to the scene.

BC45: The cranes that we're requesting need to be able to hold a weight of between 15 and 30,000 lbs. It's a 4 story building so 75 footers will work.

BC45: We have 1000x2000, are the dimensions of the building, 4 story. Exposure 4 is where the incident is. We're requesting a grip hoist from Rescue 3 and we need Buildings Dept. to respond as well.

BC45: We received confirmation from Sanitation that this vehicle is empty, the approximate weight is 15000 lbs.

FieldCom: Progress report on the 10-60 Box 7278, at the address 58-65 52 rd, we had a sanitation truck crash through the wall of the sanitation garage on approximately the 3rd floor of a 4 story 1000x2000. At this time Division 14 reports that the single occupant of that sanitation truck has been removed. We have 3 sanitation vehicles on the ground which are directly under the incident truck. We are unable to search those vehicles at this time; we have been told those 3 vehicles are not occupied. Searches within the sanitation building are complete and negative. Units are currently in a holding position awaiting the arrival of those cranes, situation is Doubtful.

FC: As per Car 4D, AC Pfeifer, Air-Recon can go 10-8.

OEM reports they have 2-3 reps on scene

FC: At this time TL115 is replacing L154 as the FAST Truck. Progress report for your 10-60 Box 7278, for the corrected address of 52-35 58 st, we have a sanitation truck crashed through the 3rd floor side wall of a 4 story 1000x2000 brick sanitation warehouse. At this time, Car 4D, AC Pfeifer, reports: we are in the process of releasing units at the scene, an interagency meeting has been conducted, a collapse zone has been established, still awaiting the arrival of the cranes. 3 lines have been stretched precautionary: 1 precautionary in the street, 1 precautionary to the 3rd floor in the vicinity of the incident, and 1 to the standpipe. This Incident is Doubtful Will Hold.

FC: Additional info, the vehicle involved came through the 52 rd side of the building.

FC: Progress report for your 10-60 Box 7278, at the address 52-35 58 st, for a sanitation vehicle that crashed through the wall of a 4 story 2500x1000 sanitation garage, the vehicle came through the wall of the garage. At this time Car 4D, AC Pfeifer reports: continuing to operate with the units on scene. Continuing to seacrh the 3rd floor and the 2nd floor. We're inspecting all utilities in the area. All personal are being evacuated from the building in the vicinity of the incident. The next interagency meeting will be at 11:30 hours and this incident is still Doubtful Will Hold, still awaiting the arrival of the cranes.

Mobile Command Center 1: Progress report for your 10-60 Box 7278, at the address 52-35 58 st between 58 ln and 59 st, we had a sanitation vehicle crashed through the 3rd floor wall of a 2500x1000 sanitation garage 4 story with a 3 story setback. At this time Car 4D, AC Pfeifer reports: continuing to operate with thes same units. 2nd interoperability meeting has been conducted and all likely scenarios discussed. A crane representative is on scene and is acessing what equipment will be needed. Primary searches on all 3 floors of the building in the area of the incident are negative, and the incident remains Doubtful Will Hold.

12:39 hours - Duration 3 hours 11 minutes

MCC1: Progress report for your 10-60 Box 7278, at the address 52-35 58 st, at this time Car 4D, AC Pfeifer reports: we had sanitation vehicle drive through the wall of the 3rd story of a 4 story sanitation garage 2500x1000. Conditions at this time remain unchanged. Bay Crane has arrived with their crane. Units are in the process of clearing the street to set up this crane. Incident is Doubtful Will Hold.
