Description Of Incident: Man jumped from 5th floor window. Pt. packaged and transported by Evac and EFD, transported ALS to Medical Center. Pt. Conscious and Alert upon arrival of EMS, patient had been depressed, no visable signs patient jumped due to patient having no complaints of pain. EPD advised EVAC during transport a stool was found at open window in patients apartment. Patient crashed in ER, unknown outcome.
