1339 - NFD Car 4 reports smoke showing 2nd floor of a 3 story OMD.

1339 - Requesting Mobile Life EMS for 1 patient w/ smoke inhalation.

1339 - NFD Truck 1 and Engine 1 on scene.

1342 - NFD Car 4 requesting 2nd Alarm of Fire.
