Description Of Incident: Battalion 1 o/s reporting four victims at the windows on the 2nd floor, "A" side and fire on the 1st floor of a large 3.5-story brick OMD. Numerous reports of victims trapped. Victims removed from the 2nd floor via ground ladders and Ladder 5. Fire throughout w/heavy smoke showing from arrival. Numerous L/S/O's w/ladder companies opening up. Command using All-Hands w/2nd and 3rd Alarms struck for manpower and fresh crews. All searches negative. Mayday w/R.I.T. assigned for a firefighter out of air. Five firefighters suffered minor injuries and transported to the hospital by AMR.
