Location: 1610 Route 32, c/c Marcel Ct.

Frequency: OC911

Units Operating: CFD Car-1, Car-3, R403, Tanker437, Cornwall VAC, Woodbury FD Rescue, (2) Medevac's, Cornwall-on-Hudson (re-locate), Coordinators 36-14 and 36-15.

Weather Conditions: Hot/Rain

Description Of Incident: Head-On MVA w/Entrapment

*I did not catch all of the original dispatch. However, i believe it came over as an MVA w/unknown injuries.

1718hrs-OC911 advising additional calls now stating head-on MVA w/entrapment and possibly (1) DOA. A Sheriffs Deputy (unknown Dept) is on the scene. OC911 placing a Medevac on s/b as well.

1719hrs-R403 responding.

1721hrs-Tanker437 responding.

1723hrs-OC911 advising Car-1 on an update; (2) persons entrapped in (2) seperate cars and (1) DOA.

1726hrs-OC911 advising Car-1 that EMS has requested the launch of (2) Medevac's, inquiring if their LZ can accomodate both Helo's. Car-1 will advise.

1728hrs-OC911 advising that the 2nd Medevac will be LifeNet-75 with a 25 minute ETA, 1st Medevac w/a 14 minute ETA.

1732hrs-Cornwall Command requesting a Heavy Rescue from Woodbury to assist w/extrication.

- OC911 dispatching Woodbury; M/A to Cornwall for a "Jaws call," (1) Rescue to the scene. OC911 also alerting 36-14 for the inter-County M/A.

1735hrs-Cornwall Command requesting Cornwall-on-Hudson (Storm King) to re-locate (1) Engine to Cornwall FD.

- CoH Car-2 responding, advising OC911 that E412 will be the re-locate Engine.

1742hrs-OC911 now advising (-) on the 2nd Medevac due to weather.

1743hrs-Cornwall-on-Hudson is re-locating w/E411.

1747hrs-CoH E411 out at Highland Engine Co. for stand-by duties.

1749hrs-Cornwall Command advising that Extrication is complete.

1750hrs-Woodbury's Rescue has been released.

1806hrs-As per Command, the Medevac is off the ground.

1808hrs-Command advising Cornwall-on-Hudson can be released from stand-by.

1839hrs-OC911 alerting Woodbury FD; additional m/a requested, request for Fire-Police to shut down Route 32 at Trout Brook Rd.
