Does anyone here have further details on a major MVA on the LIE westbound between exits 40-39? Reports of 4 ejected, 2 in tramuatic arrest. One extracated by NCPD ESU and also medevac to the scene? LIE Westbound at 40 closed until further notice.

2007 Ford Explorer being operated by a 42 year old Bronx man rollover when the front drivers tire blew out. The 42 year old operator was fatally injured and the 4 other passengers sustained injuries of unknown severity.
