Poughkeepsie couple are Westchester County's 3rd river rescue this week

The Westchester County Marine Unit rescued a Poughkeepsie couple Thursday morning after their sailboat ran aground on a large rock near Scarborough's Hudson River shoreline. The rescue was the unit's third this week.
