Description Of Incident: Driver and the pedestrian were in two separate cars when one made a maneuver that upset the other driver. Both vehicles stopped and the drivers had a verbal argument. The one driver got back into his vehicle to and attempted to avoid a physical altercation, and accidentally backed over the other driver who was trying to take down his license plate. The man who was struck was air lifted to Westchester Medical Center and the driver of the vehicle was taken to St. Anthony's community hospital for evaluation.
