Description of Incident: 2 Car MVA, extrication needed (Details Bellow)

2 Car MVA, apparent hit-and-run. Car 1 had minor damage, Car 2 need extrication. 2 Patients transported ALS to WMC. PCFD was returned to service shortly after they arrived. All FD/PD/EMS units were clear by 2230hrs. This incident still under investigation by RPD.
