01:49 Newburgh PD on the scene confirms a working fire possible people trapped on the third floor

01:50 Command request a 2nd alarm

(same time dispatch advised the chief of a 2nd fire call coming in on Lincoln Terrace, Chief request to send m/a Dept's to that alarm, reported stove fire)

- command request fire investigation to the scene along with Central Hudson

- New Windsor and Cornwall dispatched to Lincoln Terrace, was a good intent call person saw the pilot light on the stove on.
