Description Of Incident: Car vs. Motorcycle MVA. Vehicles were traveling westbound in I84 during heavy rain. The cause of the accident is under investigation. The operator of the motorcycle was seriously injured and was later pronounce at Putnam Hospital Center. The driver of the car was uninjured.
