1740: Vails Gate FD dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.

1743: Car 1 o/s, R-480 and New Windsor EMS responding.

1745: R-480 o/s, putting tool in operation.

1746: E-481 responding, car 1 request 481 crew to assist rescue with patient removal.

1748: Car 1 reports victim removed, R-480 FF's are assisting EMS w/ packaging.

1749: EMS Command requested medevac to be cancelled.

1750: E-481 FF's are making vehicles safe.

1800: Car 1 reports scene under control, all patients transported. Requested Central Hudson to be notified of a damaged pole, and water department for a hydrant grazed.
