Description Of Incident: Heavy fire throughout a block long 2-story brick vacant commercial building and approx. five exposure 2-story brick P/D rowhouses. Numerous L/S/O's w/master streams in operation. 12th Alarm transmitted w/numerous M/A FD's. Approx. 23 P/D's damaged or destroyed in fire. A 2nd Alarm occured a few blocks away at Louis St. x Mt. Vernon St. handled completely by M/A at the same time.
