Description Of Incident: Heavy fire showing upon arrival from the attic, "B"/"C" side of a 3-story wood-frame OMD w/exposure problems to Exposure B. Aggressive interior attack launched. Evacuation tones sounded w/aggressive exterior attack launched. 3 L/S/O's w/master streams in operation. Ladder 4 transmitting a 10-3(Working Fire) Assignment. District 1(DC) transmitting a 1-1-2(2nd Alarm) Assignment. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.

00:45hrs. - District 1(DC) transmitting a 1-1-2(2nd Alarm) for heavy fire on the top floor.

01:00hrs. - Command reporting building has partially collapsed on the "C"-side. Collapse zone has been set up.

01:16hrs. - District 2 reporting companies making good progress. Fire is k/d.
