Description Of Incident: 2 car head on MVA with injuries. 1 patient entrapped, extracted by bystanders prior to arrival by dragging them over the seat and out the back door. 1 patient transported to Park Ave. School by Warwick 202 and Regional 824 for medevac to Westchester Medical Center by lifeguard 18. The other two patients were transported by 203 to Saint Anthony's Community Hospital for minor injuries.
