Weather Conditions: Hazy/Warm

Description Of Incident: Motorcycle MVA

Reporters:

Writer: BFD1054

1902hrs-Orange 911 alerting Woodbury; reported mva, car vs. bicycle.

1903hrs-OC911 now advising its a car vs. motorcycle with the rider down in the road. Also advising that Air-2 is on stand-by with a 16 minute ETA if needed.

1904hrs-Car-3 requesting Monroe's rescue to the scene.

1907hrs-Woodbury Command advising that the LZ will be at St. Patricks church on Route 32.

1916hrs-Woodbury Command inquiring on the ETA of Air-2. OC911 advising approximately 10 minutes.

1918hrs-Monroe-4 advising that Monroe units are returning.

- Woodbury LZ Command advising that the LZ has been established.

1921hrs-Woodbury 2 advising that units are taking-up from the accident scene, units still out at the LZ.

- OC911 advising (5) minute ETA on Air-2.

1926hrs-Air-2 is on the ground.

1937hrs-As per LZ Command, Air-2 is off the ground and en-route to Westchester MC.
