2319hrs- 3rd Alarm by orders of Div. 11. 3 L/S/O.

2321hrs- Div. 11 req. multiple EMS units forthwidth for firefighters trapped and injured. Reports of Maydays.

1126hrs- Confirmed multiple Maydays being called. B/C responding to Floyd Bennett to meet NYPD Aviation. EMS req. MERV unit to respond.

1127hrs- S/C Rescue 1 and Squad 252 to scene.

2331hrs- Car 10 reports fire is darkening down. Units have reached downed firefighters. Possible collapse of interior.

2336hrs- S/C Rescue 3 and Collapse Unit to scene.

2338hrs- NYPD Highway and PCT units responding for escorts.

2345hrs- (1) member removed and being treated by EMS. (1) member in process of being removed.
