Bill highlights dispute over first aid for choking victims

Texas restaurants would no longer have to display Heimlich posters.

I always wondered if they ever actually made a difference, I've been some places where there were several easily seen and other places I never did...and not once did I ever have a person tell me when I arrived..I looked at the poster..most were cpr trained and got their airway clearing training from there. Debate or not..and I'm sure you have too Seth..I've done the Heimlich and it worked for me with several patients.
