Sorry photos aren't better but it was very overcast and the rig was sandwiched between a dump truck & Verona, NJ's new KME.

They must have gotten confused....that rig looks like it's Europe bound (from the back at least!)

How can you say it is bound for Europe !!! If it was it would say "KEEP BACK 61 METERS" !!!!
