FDNY E64/L47 Firehouse(s)

A couple of months ago I happened to drive by this house and was unable to snap some pic's. This week I finally got them, so here they are.

The quarters of FDNY Ladder 47.

The quarters of FDNY Engine 64.

And their relation to each other.

They are located on Castle Hill Avenue, Bronx.

This firehouse was mentioned previously in this FDNY E45/L58 Firehouse thread.

I can tell you this much, they have separate housewatches, and separate voice alarms. I think the houses are now connected in the rear of the firehouse(s).

I did a ride along with E64 back in 1992, and the houses were connected then. They are connected at the rear by a kitchen.
