Description Of Incident: Syracuse Police responded to a call about a drunk man armed with a weapon. When Police arrived on scene, the man knelt down and pointed a 357 pellet gun (identical to a Magnum-357 Handgun) at the Police Officers. Officers immediately opened fire on the suspect. The suspect was pronounced dead at the hospital.
