Description Of Incident: 2nd alarm upon arrival then upgraded to a 3rd alarm for heavy fire on the 11th floor of a high rise then upgraded to a 4th alarm @ 11:41 for a heavy fire condition on the 11th floor, fire is DWH

11:48 Heavy fire on the 11th floor with extention to the 12th floor. Fire is DWH

11:58 Fire on the 12th floor knocked down, heavy fire condition remains on the 11th floor, all companies remain working.

12:14 Smoke condition in apartments on the floors above the fire with a woman and a child on a balcony

12:18 Main body of fire is knocked down. Companies are overhauling and checking for extention. Fire remains all hands.

12:33 Fire placed under control.
