1346 - 2nd alarm transmitted for a working structure fire.

• Olive Co. 1-5 respond to the scene.
  
• Accord with 1 tanker to the scene.
  
• Olive First Aid with an ambulance to the scene.
  

1352 - UCFIU to the scene with investigators.

1414 - Olive all companies all available manpower to the scene. Phoenicia with 1 engine to relocate to Olive Co. 5, West Hurley with 1 engine to relocate to Olive Co. 2.

1419 - Fire knocked down, overhaul in progress.
