Description Of Incident:

~2110 - Police being dispatched for a car off the roadway.

~2110 - Port Ewen, Esopus Ambulance, and Mobile Life Support respond for a 1 car PIAA, patient unconscious with a head injury.

2114 - 2nd alarm transmitted for entrapment.

2117 - 48-14 requested to the scene. 48-10 requested to set up a landing zone at Ross Park. Air-2 launched.

2121 - Air-2 reporting a 10-12 minute ETA.

2124 - 48-2 and 48-10 on scene at the landing zone. Air-2 with an 8 minute ETA.

2133 - Air-2 is overhead, has a visual on the LZ, going to attempt to land.

2137 - Air-2 landed safely. Car 56-1 en route to pick the flight medic up.

2140 - Patient extricated, flight medic en route to the scene.
